Are you passionate about eventing and dedicated to supporting equestrian sports? The ESNZ Eventing Board is seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to be their representative on the National Equestrian Centre Committee in Taupō.
As a committee member, you will:
- Advocate for the needs and interests of Eventing.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and governance of the National Equestrian Centre.
- Work with a committee dedicated to providing a world class facility to promote equestrian sports in New Zealand.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Passion for and in depth knowledge of eventing and equestrian sports.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Governance knowledge and leadership.
- A future-focused mindset.
- Ability to commit time and effort to attend meetings and participate in activities.
- Enthusiasm for making a positive impact on the equestrian community.
The term is for three years from the July AGM, with the option to stand for further term/s.
An estimated commitment of two days per month. This would incorporate preparation and attendance of monthly meetings, either online or in person, and liaison and reporting through to the Eventing Board.
