The 2024 ESNZ Eventing Annual General Meeting will be held 6th July at Rydges 59 Federal Street, Auckland

TIMETABLE:

10-10.30am: Registration & morning tea

10.30am-12.15pm: AGM

12.15-1.00pm: Combined Lunch

1.00-2.45pm: EVENTING CONFERENCE:

• ESNZ CENTRAL: Constitution, ESNZ Insurance, Strengthen & Adapt update, High Performance
• Event KPI presentation: Chris Perkins, Rosie Edwards & Kate Rouch
• Land sustainability: Rosie Edwards
• 2024 ESNZ Eventing Rules Revision: Wendy Lansdown
• Horse detail verification: Janene Maxwell

2.45-3.00pm: Afternoon tea

3.00-4.00pm Awards: Area Group Volunteers, Special Awards

4.00pm Finish

REGISTRATIONS CLOSED*Please RSVP your attendance before 16th June for catering purposes by completing the Google Form here

NB: the 2023 AGM saw many people who had registered to attend, not attend and therefore Eventing was still charged $84pp. If you register and not advise non-attendance prior to the 16th June, you will charged.

Hall of Fame:
